65 yo man with primary problem of difficulty swallowing and malodorous sensation; possible left nodule on physical exam.

This was an esophageal diverticulum–no biopsy!

Great case! We had something similar, but it was a post-surgical traction diverticulum / sinus tract after laryngectomy. We proved it with CEUS, having the patient drink diluted ultrasound contrast and showing the structure fill with contrast!
