  Hydronephrosis of Pregnancy

  Working on updating the protocol for differentiating obstructive versus non obstructive hydronephrosis in second and third trimetser of pregnancy. We do routine kidneys and if there is hydro, check for ureteral jets. Is it also standard to do intrarenal dopplers/resistive indices in these patients to look for high or aymmetric resistive indices? I did a brief literature search and there is some evidence to it, but mostly quite old. Curious what others are doing.
