• What is this?

So 2 purposes here, 1) is the forums working since this would by my first post on the new SRU.org site, and 2) what the heck is this?

Patient presented with left testicular pain. Both testes with innumerable cysts with what looks like colloid/crystals. I could find no relevant history/syndromes or other associated medical conditions. Can’t find anything in the literature. Thought it might be a good case report or interesting case but don’t have a diagnosis.

Anyone seen this before or have any ideas?

Wow—never seen this before.  I have seen multiple intratesticular cysts, but often clustered at the mediastinum.  I could not review the mp4 you uploaded on my phone (and don’t have access to my computer right now to see if this is related to viewing on my phone as I’m traveling) but it seems like these cysts are scattered diffusely.

Yes it is a diffuse distribution, the cine better shows that all of the comet-tail artifacts are associated with cysts, otherwise the still image shows it pretty well.
